Starfish Greathearts Foundation has offices in Johannesburg (South Africa) and London (United Kingdom).

Starfish Greathearts Foundation is registered as a non-profit organisation (039-447-NPO), Section 21 Company (2003/002865/08) and Public Benefit Organisation (930008639) in South Africa.  In the United Kingdom, Starfish Greathearts Foundation is registered as a charity with the Charity Commission (1093862) and is a company limited by guarantee (4528018).

Starfish Greathearts Foundation in South Africa is governed by a board of directors.  In the UK, Starfish is governed by a board of trustees and a board of advisers.

Starfish also has volunteer divisions in the United States of America and Canada. Starfish Greathearts Foundation USA is currently seeking 501c3 organisational status, but US supporters are already able to make donations that are 100% tax deductable under US law.

'Starfish' is a registered trademark in South Africa belonging to Independent Newspapers (Pty) Ltd and used under license by Starfish Greathearts Foundation.

Please note:  International donors currently cannot receive any tax benefits for their donations if made outside South Africa.  However, if you will be making a large donation and require a tax certificate, please contact us to make arrangements.
